Grocery

In addition to several kosher supermarkets in Teaneck, right here in Paramus, ShopRite (224 Rt. 4 East at Forest Ave., 201-843-6616) has a comprehensive kosher section, including prepared foods, sushi and a full butcher. Fairway and Trader Joes, also located in Paramus, have a large selection of Kosher products - including kosher meats.

• Eruv: An Eruv encircles the Shul, with a span of about two miles in every direction, and is connected to the Teaneck Eruv.  CLICK HERE or see below.
• Mikvah: The women’s mikvah is located in the Sephardic Congregation of Paramus. Visit www.paramusmikvah.com for more information.
• Classes: Congregation Beth Tefillah always has an open Beit Medrash and has regularly scheduled classes during the week.
