Non-members: $500 per room (ie, $1,500 for shul, social hall, foyer), plus $150 cleaning fee.
Members: $500 flat fee for entire shul, plus $150 refundable cleaning fee (if members clean up themselves). For social hall only: $250, plus $150 refundable cleaning fee (if members clean up themselves).
