Cheryl Gross & Ruvain Blachorsky

Since moving to Paramus in the fall of 1992, Cheryl and Ruvain have used their talents and determination to move our congregation to greater heights. They are always looking for ways to improve our shul and see it successfully expand through new membership and participation in shul activities. With unending energy Cheryl has led the shul as President, serving 4 years on a Presidium with Steve Paley and Harvey Block and the past 2 years as Co-President with Talya Safier. She has helped organize youth group activities, shul dinners, kiddush committees, playground improvements…..the list goes on and on. Ruvain, with his experience in construction, was pivotal in planning our present shul structure and served as a valuable member of the building committee and on the Board. He is always available to help set up and clean up for any shul activities. Ruvain is also always there on Shabbat to welcome new and old members with his friendly smile and a L’chaim!

The CBT dinner is a community-wide event, and all are encouraged to attend. Please feel welcome to contact office@cbtparamus.org to make any needed financial arrangements for dinner reservations.
